Mr. Turquoise

The Northwest's Zaniest Clown Personality.

Hi Everybody! Before we get going, are your chores done? In case company drops in unexpectedly, you must have your house all ready like your Mom taught you. Here's what my Mom said to do in case company came over while I was out playing:

Get the whoopee gizmos under the couch cushions all filled with air,

have the ball bearings poised to fall in case the medicine cabinet is opened, and

have just the corner of the rubber $20 bill peeking out from under the couch.

Mr. Turquoise Having Fun If you go take a look at my Mom, then you'll know why she would say those kinds of things.

Along with those reminders, I hope you're also remembering to have fun with your friends. At the same time, be sure to remember to find ways to do other important things, like taking care of planet Earth, where you're living.

Like most clowns, I truly love magic tricks. If we see each other in person, perhaps I can do one for you. If you like tricks with cards, you'd probably enjoy the Cave of Magic.

If you're like me, you also love blowing bubbles. If so, you might like to go see the colossus of all the bubble-blowing sites on the Internet.

At the Barter Faire

I also like to go to lots of parades. Before I get into any of the parades, I have a talk with my animals to make sure they know what to do. If you'd like, you can see what they look like. When I'm in a parade I like to put on the dog, meet new friends, hang around cars that look like animals, and once in awhile I even show off my especially colorful undies while I have fun with everyone. I also like to give away fun cards that helps the person who gets it to do good deeds. Here is where you can see how to print your own fun 'good deed cards.'

Another fun thing I get to do is have friends who are famous. If you want to take a look, you'll see me with my friend Dr. Demento, who is so silly that he plays funny songs on his radio program all the time so that people laugh. And, I bet you know one of my other buddies, Santa Claus.

Well, thanks a lot for visiting. If we haven't yet met each other in person, I'm really looking forward to it as I hope you are. I bet we'll have a blast together! So, keep on the lookout for me and I'll also be watching for you. I'll probably be easier to spot unless I'm in disguise, which I wear occasionally when I go out and don't want anyone to recognize me. I'm sure I'll be able to recognize you, unless you're in a disguise of some kind, too.

So, now I'm going to go get back in the hot tub and play with some floaties. Until we meet - or meet again - you might think about:

Sneaking your dog a little food under the table,

Looking both ways before crossing your fingers,

and of course always...
